What size am I?
We have a placed a size recommender on each item that allows you to input your basic information
and it helps guide you towards a size for that specific article of clothing.
Where do we ship?
We ship to everyone, anywhere!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $100 in the USA, otherwise shipping will be $7.
Shipping costs for orders outside of the USA are the current calculated rate by DHL and vary by shipping location.
How long until I get my purchase?
All orders will be shipped within three business days. Shipping times depend on location and selected rates.
Can I return a garment for a refund?
We hope you love your Norte garments, but if for any reason you’d like to change a size or return an item, we are here to help.
We accept unworn and unwashed items. Customer must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
